Well… this was a rather lovely surprise! 🥹🏆
We are absolutely thrilled to share that Letting Solutions has been nominated for “Team of the Year” on the Fylde Coast.
And while, of course, it would be absolutely wonderful to make it through to the finals, we already feel like winners simply because somebody thought our little team was worthy of being nominated.
That means an awful lot to us. ❤️
Anyone who knows Letting Solutions knows that we’ve never tried to be the biggest, the flashiest or the most corporate letting agent around.
That’s just not us.
What we have always wanted to be is a really good one.
A business where people matter. Where landlords and tenants know the names and faces of the people looking after them. Where the phone gets answered by an actual human being. And where our team genuinely cares about doing the best job they possibly can.
And that brings us to the real reason we’re so proud of this nomination…
Our team. ❤️
We might be a relatively small bunch, but goodness me, they work hard.
They turn up every day and give it their all. They support one another, solve problems, juggle approximately 937 things at once, laugh together, occasionally drive each other bonkers 😂 and somehow keep all the plates spinning.
Nobody gets everything right every single day. We’re human, after all.
But what makes us incredibly proud is that our team turns up each morning determined to be the best possible version of themselves.
And when you put all of those people together, each bringing their own personality, strengths, experience and slightly questionable sense of humour to the office… you get something pretty special.
You get our A Team. 🥰
So whether this nomination takes us any further or not, we wanted to stop for a moment and celebrate it.
Because sometimes when you’re busy answering phones, arranging viewings, managing properties, solving problems, keeping landlords happy, helping tenants and tackling the never-ending world of lettings legislation, you forget to look around and appreciate what you’ve built.
This nomination made us do exactly that.
And what we saw was a team we are incredibly proud of.
To every member of Team Letting Solutions: thank you for turning up, for caring, for working hard, for supporting each other and for making this little independent business what it is.
As far as we’re concerned, you’re already Team of the Year.
And yes… we might be ever so slightly biased. 😂❤️🏆
