Letting Solutions is voluntarily a member of key governing bodies associated with raising standards within the UK property industry. This provides assurance to landlords and tenants that they will receive and benefit from the highest levels of service from us at all times.

Deposit Protection Service

Letting Solutions is a member of the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

The DPS is a government approved deposit protection service for landlords, tenants and agents. If a dispute arises over a bond, the Deposit Protection Service will ensure that it is dealt with fairly by an Independent Complaints Examiner (ICE).

The Property Ombudsman

Letting Solutions are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), which provides consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service. The TPO is a government approved scheme which provides a free, impartial and independent service.
