Testimonials

I am extremely happy with the service I receive from Letting Solutions. All the staff are very approachable be it face to face, email or over the phone. Everyone is knowledgeable about the needs of landlords and tenants. Work is done with the utmost of attention to detail - to me, my tenants, tradespeople and officials. I highly recommend Letting solutions to anyone who is a landlord or a tenant.

I am a gas engineer and I carry out a lot of work for Letting Solutions and I must say that they are a superb company to work for. All four of the ladies in the office are easy to get along with and I really like that not only are they completely professional in their work but I can still have a laugh with them too. Their payment process is definitely better than other letting agents I have worked with too. In my opinion, Letting Solutions are definitely THE best letting agency on the Fylde Coast.

As a landlord that does not live locally, it is very important to have an agent who is caring and treats the properties as if they were their own! Letting solutions have looked after all 10 of my properties for approximately 15 years and they have always been helpful and conscientious to both me and also the tenants - this helps and leads to long continuous rentals. The contractors they recommend always do a very good job. I would not hesitate to recommend letting solutions to any potential landlord whether they were local or lived some distance away. Lastly, but not least you the girls in the office are always so pleasant to deal with the owners Sally and Louise always close at hand!
