It’s not about the first tenant through the door
When your property becomes available, understandably you want it occupied as quickly as possible. Empty properties cost money, and keeping void periods to a minimum is always important.
But there’s a big difference between finding a tenant quickly and finding the right tenant.
We take the time to speak to prospective tenants properly, finding out what they’re looking for, their circumstances and what they need from their next home. It helps us match the right people with the right properties rather than simply arranging viewings for the sake of filling the diary.
Viewings are accompanied by our team and arranged at convenient times wherever possible. If a property is still occupied, we’ll work with everyone involved to arrange a mutually convenient appointment while respecting the existing tenant’s home.
Doing our homework
Once we’ve found someone who would like to make your property their home, the important work really begins.
Prospective tenants undergo comprehensive referencing through an independent referencing company. This includes credit checks, affordability assessments, employment references and, wherever possible, references from previous landlords.
But we’ve never been an agency that believes property management is simply about ticking boxes.
Sometimes circumstances need a little more investigation, and we’re known for going that extra mile. Where we feel it’s appropriate, we’ll do additional checks to help us build the fullest possible picture before recommending an applicant to a landlord.
Ultimately, we want you to feel comfortable with the person who will be living in your property.
No Let, No Fee
We’re confident in our ability to market your property and find a suitable tenant, which is why we operate on a No Let, No Fee basis.
If we don’t find a suitable tenant you’re happy to proceed with, you aren’t tied into our service or left with a bill for an unsuccessful let.

From the moment your property comes onto the market, we’ll keep you informed about interest, viewings and feedback. If something isn’t working, we’d rather talk about it and make changes than allow a property to sit empty unnecessarily.
After all, it’s your property. You should know what’s happening with it.
Finding a tenant may be the goal, but finding the right tenant, protecting your investment and making your life as a landlord that little bit easier is what really matters to us.
